Pursuant to Section 14C(d)(2) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (goods manufactured specifically for the consumer) and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, made-to-order goods are legally exempt from standard statutory withdrawal/remorse return rights once manufacturing has commenced.
1. 60-Minute Cancellation & Modification Window
We provide an immediate 60-minute grace window following order placement. If you need to modify a shipping address, change your size, or cancel your order, you must email egorov1tech@gmail.com within 60 minutes with your order number. Once 60 minutes elapse, your order is automatically queued into active manufacturing and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or recalled.

We provide a 100% Free Reprint or Full Refund for any item that arrives:
- Defective or structurally compromised (seams, tears, zipper issues)
- Misprinted or significantly blurred graphic transfer
- Incorrect design, size, or color sent due to fulfillment error
- Damaged or torn packaging during transit
Filing a Claim: Contact egorov1tech@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and 2-3 clear photographs showing the defect and product tag. We process replacements and refunds within 24–48 business hours. In most cases, you do not need to ship the defective item back.
3. Sizing & Fit Responsibility
Detailed measurement charts (inches & cm) are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for verifying their size before purchase. Because pieces are made-to-order, we cannot process free returns or size exchanges due to selecting the wrong size.
4. Unclaimed Parcels & Delivery Address Errors
If a parcel is returned to the fulfillment facility due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel from a local postal depot, reshipment costs will be invoiced to the customer.

Every piece is individually printed and cured upon order confirmation. Production and quality-control inspection require 2 to 5 business days prior to carrier dispatch.

- Standard International (Israel, Canada, Australia, Worldwide): 13 to 35 business days (depending on destination country postal throughput and customs clearance)

A shipping notification with an official tracking link is automatically dispatched to your checkout email as soon as the carrier registers the package.
4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT Disclosure
IMPORT TAXES & CUSTOMS NOTICE:
Prices displayed on egorovdesign.com do not include destination import duties, VAT, or local customs clearance fees. Any import taxes, customs duties, or handling charges assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. EGOROV DESIGN is not liable for packages held or delayed due to unpaid local customs fees.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking does not update for more than 20 consecutive days or exceeds the maximum delivery window (45 business days), contact egorov1tech@gmail.com for a formal investigation and a complimentary replacement or refund.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EGOROV DESIGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contractual relations shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Central District of Israel.
